ChatGPT: Percepción en estudiantes de Trabajo Social de universidades públicas

Resumen

Este artículo reporta la percepción de 158 estudiantes de  3 universidades públicas peruanas sobre el uso de ChatGPT. Se  realizó un análisis de frecuencia y clasificación jerárquica descendente para visualizar de forma jerárquica la organización, relación y contenido textual representativo de los discursos de los estudiantes. Los hallazgos indican que los estudiantes perciben que el ChatGPT puede ser una herramienta de apoyo inicial  para encontrar información de manera rápida, pero que también puede generar dependencia  y correr el riesgo de encontrar con información no confiable o de baja calidad, lo cual impactaría en su proceso de aprendizaje.
